Honorarium & Working Conditions

Honorarium:
- Rs. 400/- per class/period (for Higher Secondary level, i.e., XI & XII).
- Maximum of Rs. 16,000/- per month (up to 40 classes/periods of minimum 45 minutes each in a month).
- Payment will be made by the District Welfare Officer (DWO), Nuapada, based on the claim sheet submitted by the Headmaster/Principal.
- Guest Teachers will not be provided accommodation in school/hostel premises and are not allowed to stay after official working hours.
- The engagement is purely temporary and will be terminated as soon as a regular/contractual teacher joins or as decided by the competent authority.
