### 3. General Eligibility Criteria
**A. Deputation Eligibility:**
Officers of the Central Government or State Government/Union Territory Administration, or Public Sector Undertakings, Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Statutory Organizations who:
- Hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department;
**OR**
- Possess at least five years’ service in Level-10 in the Pay Matrix or equivalent, rendered after appointment on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department;
**OR**
- Possess at least eight years’ service in Level-8 in the Pay Matrix or equivalent, rendered after appointment on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department.
**B. Educational Qualification & Experience:**
- Graduate from a recognized University.
- Five years’ experience in General Administration, Finance, or in dealing with the Right to Information matters in Central Government.
**C. Age Limit:**
- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
